IT’S A GIRL!
I posted this on twitter the other day and was planning on taking a better picture to post here, but with Thanksgiving and Little Wonders, I’ve just been too busy.
But yeah, we are having a girl! We are so incredibly happy and can’t wait to meet our little girl!

This pregnancy I’m trying to be healthy. Not that I wasn’t when I was pregnant with Grey, I just want to stay healthy and continue to exercise and not eat everything in sight.
Strength training during pregnancy has been shown to, boost energy, ease lower back pain and promote quicker healing and recovery!
